I reckon the 'populist' vote is up for grabs by either main party if it can capture the public's emotions and manipulate them.

Kier Starmer is not charismatic and there's no clear Labour message. But the way things are going right now, the Tories could become so unpopular that the next election could be 'theirs to lose' and nobody would believe anything they promise.

LOL didn't the Lib Dems say the same thing just about? worked out well for them. The populists have an end goal and we will reach it eventually, as people realise at a growing rate it is either us or more of the same. But then I am wise enough not to tell all.

Problem is, Starmer too now has a proven track record of lying to an electorate to get elected, them doing much the opposite having won. So why should anyone with any sense believe anything he promisers either?
