Totally unacceptable that venues should be inaccessible. There have been a couple of references on radio (even from UN personnel) about the organisation. It will be unfortunate if other complaints about the organisation of the conference overshadow any good news coming out of Glasgow...

Given wheel chair access and facilities are a legal requirement an apology is not sufficient.
