Estonian Cargo sinks

Apparently Estonian owned but sailing under the flag of Panama . No expert on such matters but that should make it the insurance companies problem .

The crew were reported to be a mix of Ukrainian ,Belarusian's and Russian .  (Bet that was a fun galley at breakfast )

There are a variety of sources for this story but it seems some sort of explosion off the coast of Ukraine near Odessa. I have seen reference to Russian ships using cargo vessels to hide behind but somehow that seems unlikely. The point is Estonia - NATO member and EU? Where does that leave us? Or is Putin once more going to get away with another invasion with little retaliation. Moldova and Georgia are looking for EU membership, that could be like a red rag to a bull to Putin.
