My prime one is to give up being referred to NHS specialists. Apart from that there is the usual. Lose those extra pounds that Father Christmas seems to deposit each year. Be nicer/kinder to others. Try to get out more and use less 'stuff'.

Of course there is that celebration on January 31st. I can't remember what it was for though!

As to the NHS, if it were not for the National Neurological Hospital my wife would be bedridden and screaming herself to sleep, so I shall remain sullenly grateful.
