I think he's much more likely a TURKISH Agent given his great grandad.

I reckon one of our former cornish resident members would heartily approve of what befell that guy, and would heartily applaud history repeating itself.

Mind you, after the way he staunchly defended the ass hole he needed at hos side over his unorthodox trip for an eye test, I might have a look for a baseball bat myself

I don't think Johnson is a Russian agent. I do think that getting friendly with some dubious Russians might have helped his carreer but that was before Putin started the war in Ukraine. It's all different now. Johnson is a bad politician and a bad prime minister but as I keep saying, if he's ousted during this government's term we're at risk of ending up with an even worse Tory PM for a couple of years.

Angela Rayner a gobshite who has never said anything worthy of comment so best ignore her latest attention seeking rantings .

Hoyle new the score ,it was like fishing with someone elses groundbait .

Probably, tax is climbing to pay for covid, inflation is climbing on the back of covid and the Russians are much more likely to Nuke London than they are Brussels so who knows?
Just because I don't say anything, it doesn't mean I haven't noticed!

Half of London this or that? I think you'll find most of London are more interested in what their respective govts are doing.

Dunno.

It has to be said that Boris has had a very good war so far, what with his approval rating climbing, ever so slowly, out of the pit of his Christmas piss ups.

I like Angela Rayner. She is so heroically dim. I don't know if she is badly briefed or if she just doesn't read them, but she is always good for a laugh. She sounds like Agnes Fairchild in Brass! "Have you heard about that Boris Johnson and his Roosian pals supping Co Op champagne out of working girls socks?"

I think we are getting close now to reaching peak neo mccarthyism "reds under the beds" . No fan of the man or his political party , but this is desperate facking stuff.

We have half the chattering classes in london claiming ukraine is johnsons falklands moment and has saved his premiership , the other half claiming it will be his downfall.::)

Is Boris a Russian agent? That bizarre question occupied most of PMQs where Dominic Raab deputised for the PM while he travels abroad. The issue was raised by Angela Rayner, standing in for Keir Starmer.

She said Boris's friend, Evgeny Lebedev, had been granted a peerage despite warnings from the security services. 'What she suggests is nonsense,' said Raab. She brought up a 2020 meeting between Lebedev, 'the son of a KGB officer', and Boris in London. 'Details of that meeting have never been released,' she said, as if this were proof of a massive cover-up. Oddly, she then listed the details that she claimed had been suppressed. 'Champagne and caviar' were on the menu, she revealed.
How did she know? Wasn't it all hushed up? Or was she fibbing to smear the PM? That's a bit naughty. But Speaker Hoyle took no action. He was busy scanning the backbenches for hecklers to pick fights with. Hoyle still hasn't spotted that Tories MPs like to exploit his pedantic control freakery to disrupt PMQs and to throw unwary questioners off their rhythm. He focused on a particularly mutinous Tory
