This guy is an Egyptian national ,born in Egypt ,living in Egypt ,Egyptian parents belonging to a family of long time political activist . He is a serial blogger who has been in and out of prison for years .

Now whatever the rights and wrongs of the prison sentance what the hell has it got to do with the UK . He has dual citizenship for some reason but that doesnt come into play . It is made quite clear to dual nationals that you cant claim help or assistance and should abide by all laws when in the other country .
