It could have been a polyp removal procedure. It would make drinking easier since he would be able to breathe again.  Ed Miliband also had a nasal op but i think that was to make him sound better. It didn't work.

Boris has done that to a fair few :D

Anyway apparently they've been up Boris's nose,really whilst they were there they should've put in a lie detector implant.....mind I'd do that to the lot of 'em.
