Not in this thread. So it is a lie in the context of this thread and you were replying to Nick's post.
I'm not sure why I bother. I've got better things to do, but I do hate lies.
11 thousand posts of total dross, no substance in any of them in my opinion.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.

Nick no I have not. The latest problems with Oysters were referenced, Brexit cut the trade right down because exports are no lomger possible and pollutions is the last nail in the coffin. As for inflation it has been a top news/current affairs story every day for weeks.

You've been shown evidence by 3 different people that proves you wrong about Oysters.
Inflation is far higher than what? The EU? No it's not, I've shown you the figures.

You are in denial Nick, the bi-valve mollusc problem caused by Brexit still has not been addressed.
As for inflation it is far higher in Britain and Brexit is part of the cause. (For instance the fuel used in the open fire with back boiler for the central heating has gone up in price by 60%.)

With the left on here bashing the UK interest rate and blaming it on Brexit I thought I'd have a quick look at the state of the world.
It seems Brexit has severely hit a few big hitters, the main one to look at of course is the EU and it's taken a hit, inflation running 0.6% higher than the UK with Netherlands (14.3%), Germany and Italy taking the brunt if it. The USA isn't too far behind also, with it hitting a 40 year high, that rings a bell!

Another issue blamed on Brexit is the shortage of medicines, so a cursory look at the FDA, which has had no dealings with Brexit shows a shortage of supply in at least 3/4 of the listed drugs.

As for the Oyster business, the following link is a classic book end story of how Brexit did it, with the reality firmly in the Middle.
Headline is Brexit wiped out decades of family business, but as you read on the story turns to the fact that the business prepared it's self for Brexit and subsequently thrived on UK business, busier than ever, selling 30,000 oysters a week!! They then go on to allude to the fact that 18 months of Covid had caused the issues.
Then the book end at the bottom, 'this is the damning reality of Brexit'.

https://eastangliabylines.co.uk/brexit-catastrophically-wiped-out-decades-of-family-oyster-business-with-europe/

This is the kind of evidence Remainers put forward as cast iron proof that Brexit has bitten hard.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.
