I don't know how long this has been an issue, I have started to have 'fat finger' issues this week. Hopefully not a sign of further dexterity degradation.

Anyway...

A couple of times this week I have stupidly been logged out when my fat finger hit logout when I wanted another menu option. That's not the problem I'm just explaining how the problem starts for me

When I then go to log back in, I enter the username and password, check the stay logged in box which clears the 60 min limit, but then I get a message telling me my cookies are not configured.

If I then refresh the screen I get a 501 ?? Bad Gateway screen

If I then refresh it again, I am logged in

Wierd.
The connection to the DB went down in the last couple of days and checking the logs there is no record of your issue so I must assume it was connected.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.
