No chance . SNP have a firm foothold in Scotland and though support for indy has dropped they are still the go to party to govern the country through devolution .
Dunno.

It is hard to get behind the Tartan Curtain with most polls plucked from lala land, but I would have thought that were the Nats in a strong position Little Nick would have said sod the Supreme Court, arranged Indy2, raised the rainbow flag and steamed full ahead.

But she ain't.

My impression is that the Nats can't get much better nor the Labour party much worse, so that right now the First Minister is more interested in hanging onto what she has than establishing the Scottish Soviet of Shirtlifters, albeit that is probably still close to her heart.
