If someone in the HoC's is accused of something, a cursory Q & A with the other members will soon tell you if their is any mileage in it. I would base a suspension on that, Saville would have been fixed a long time ago if the powers that be asked a few questions.

If care of children or vulnerable people was involved, employees charged with such offences would probably be suspended or on restricted duties. But as the general opinion is that innocent until proved guilty, the decision is less clear cut, because of the location of the employment...
