America won't ever run our NHS, they just sell us cheaper drugs. Good, I'll pay less medical insurance.
Nick your belief that America won't ever run our NHS, is avoiding what has been happening for years.  It would not result in cheaper drugs it would raise the prices significantly.

Really, when American health insurance companies are running the NHS?

I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.

You won't like it when you are refused insurance because of what is in your medical records.
So you're willing to lie to get insurance? Not surprised.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.

Nick no it effing was not. I posted  a legitimate link, it is not my fault yet again you cannot be bothered read it all.
It is VERY serious issue, letting a dodgy America company have access to out medical records.
Now you're just moving the goal posts as usual. You said there was no tender, which was a lie.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.

You wont be refused insurance you would just pay more . Thats the case anyway if your honest on the application and really there is not a lot of point of lying as it would make said insurance nul and void .

Good point.

Pappy is a 75 year old Hell's Angel with so many medical issues that if he were ever cured the NHS would be able to close 4 wards in Redruth General, so it would be interesting to see what he has put on his insurance form. :)

Well, if the Yanks want to pay good money to read about the aches and pains of the nation's hypochondriacs, I can only assume that they aren't as smart as I thought.

Still whatever turns you on

Yet another government contract awarded without tender. The problem being it is an American company and the contract is about our medical records and opening the door even further to the privatisation of the NHS:-

Palantir won borders contract after introduction from ex-MI6 boss | openDemocracy

The former head of MI6 introduced Palantir to a top government official in the Cabinet Office a year before the US spy tech firm won a £27m contract with the department.
openDemocracy can reveal that Sir John Sawers set up a meeting between Palantir's CEO and the Cabinet Office permanent secretary, John Manzoni, in 2019, when the company was pitching for new business.
Palantir went on to win a data deal – without competitive tender – from the Cabinet Office, having touted the benefits of its "unique software" in subsequent correspondence to the department.
Concerns about Palantir's deep ties to British and American security agencies are underscored by the involvement of Sawers, a one-time spymaster who led the Secret Intelligence Service from 2009 to 2014

Another statement made up by you. Please tell me where it says there was no tender? I'll tell you, it doesn't, it says competitive tender. And all that means is that the contract was not advertised, the company would have still had to tender and have the bid agreed.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.
