The scheme hatched long ago by our prime minister Boris Johnson is finally paying off. Hopefully, most of the migrants that came here from 1997 on (BLIAR) will be deported.

No it isn't paying off. I suggest NOT using the Express as a source of information. ONE volunteer going to Rwanda on scheduled flight after the government bribing them with £3000 is not proof of anything.
