They purged most of the left from the party

All that's left in Labour might as well just be called Tories, as that's what they are
Quite, Tory Mark Three.

Not only is it quite amateur with regard to political know how  it doesn't even have much work experience . As you suggest Barry the left are already drawing up battle lines and Starmer and his  political lightweights will be pushed to one side . DWP...........................None

There are three DWP ministers:-

Liz Kendall MP as Secretary of State for Work and Pensions
Alison McGovern MP as a Minister of State in the Department for Work and Pensions
Rt Hon Sir Stephen Timms MP as a Minister of State in the Department for Work and Pensions

Stephen Timms has worked for a living, however Liz Kendall knows precisely eff all about welfare and benefits and it shows.

No, you did not. The O.P. did not invite debate, it was a copy and paste. I did find it useful for reference, so I can get to know the new ministers' names.
I find the cabinet to be quite amateur, with the exception of the Home Secretary, who actually has some government experience.
Lammy is an absolute liability.
How long before the Corbynites rise up and depose Starmer? Will he last a year?

No you didn't you made a mistake and you'd be better thought of if you admitted that.
I used it as defined.

"Effect" is primarily used as a noun, representing the result or consequence of an action. There will be consequences to millions of people due to  Starmer's appointment of a minister.

You are wrong, so double down.
So predictable. You could learn, instead.
