Short version of long story - The bill passed by 30 but they didn't agree to the timetable to get us out with the new WA by 31st. They then couldn't proceed bacause the timetable failed, which lots of MPs didn't understand, so the bill had to be paused. Now we are waiting for an extension agreement but a GE seems to be building. I suspect No10 has a plan.
