It is a fact that South East Wales has far more in common and far more connections to Western England - Bristol, Bath, Gloucester etc than it does to Aberwystwyth, Llandudno or Bangor. Yet because of Welsh Devolution this area is split in half right down the middle . Its madness as a proper functioning Severn City would serve the people living in both the Welsh and English areas far better than this artificial frontier.
