Wow, someone has called Boris a clown. Deep stuff. I reckon the Tories will be out of office by the end of the week.

;D

LMFAO borkie.

If i had to choose between the current labour party and the current tory party with a gun to my head , i would vote tory.

Not only because they are far more competent , they backed democracy when starmer and his party didnt , and who could possibly put a party like labour in offcie with all the hatred bile and backstabbing that is going on for example SRBs bile regarding blairites in his own feckin party chowing how deep the internal hatred is.

If i remember last year , the brit left spent most of it calling bojo a clown , and he went on to win a landslide .

Many sectors have seen poor increases in pay since 2010 .My own work in construction has seen  a fall in wages (In real terms ).

The public sector is no different but at least they have the unions to fight their corner so rather than brand Johnson a joke they should be knocking on their unions door who agreed the current deal back in March 2018

Or do both.

I don't think BJ will be in No 10 for very long. I think his back is covered because he is not physically fit enough for the role. He will see Brexit done but then I believe his raison d'etre will disappear.

Agreed, hopefully it won't be long now - as you observed elsewhere IMHO we need someone better.

That is fine by me. I think that it will take blasting powder to get him out of Number 10 but once Brexit is done and dusted I can't see why he should not make way for a real Tory such as Priti Patel

You mean the same Priti Vacant who's home office sucks at maths worse than Diane Abbattoir?

QuoteAfter all, this is the woman who responded to a terrorist incident by declaring war on counter-terrorism. On three occasions. She has turned her lack of ability into a piece of performance art.

What she does have, though, is the effortless self-confidence of someone who doesn't have a clue just how dim she is. She makes no effort to disguise her ignorance. Rather, she revels in it.

QuoteClaim
Home Office figures suggest new immigration rules will mean a reduction in unskilled EU migration of 90,000.

Conclusion
The number of unskilled EU migrants coming to work in the UK is already less than 90,000, so the government cannot cut it by 90,000 with changes to immigration rules.

Boris Johnson has been branded a "joke" and a "hypocrite" by NHS workers demanding an immediate pay rise.

NHS staff, who have hinted at strike action, made their way to Whitehall on Wednesday evening carrying banners that said "Pay Justice Now" and "Stop clapping, start paying".

A senior member of staff, who called the Prime Minister a "clown", said workers are struggling so much on their current pay that some take the night bus to work because they cannot afford the tube.

LOL not only that, everybody wants more money, just as the government needs to find ways of getting more money after the Covid lockdown.
Just because I don't say anything, it doesn't mean I haven't noticed!

We can all talk about real terms. My pension doesn't go so far either and yet so many feel that it is undeserved. I know that I am spending about a quarter more just on my grocery bill. It doesn't stop some from demanding a cut for me.
