Nor I. We have had just about forever with Remainers patting us on the head and warning that if we leave then the sky will fall in and knicker elastic will cost an extra penny. I don't care. I just want out.

Even if you end up with the backside hanging out of your trousers, sitting on the pavement with mongrel dog on a string and a begging bowl in front of you?

It's about control and they are not in it.

Who wants control in a fucked up economy?

There is no winners under a hard Brexit economy and put in 3 million unemployment which will rise and negative growth and you can see that the Tories are destined to lose the next election where Labour will no doubt negotiate at a more grown up level. And all this so we can keep fish that we won't be able to sell.

What do you see as the primary benefit of no deal Brexit?

Leaving the EU

QuoteAnd perhaps more importantly, what was your main reason for voting Brexit?

To leave the EU

Can't imagine why anyone that truly wanted brexit would think otherwise.

Nor I. We have had just about forever with Remainers patting us on the head and warning that if we leave then the sky will fall in and knicker elastic will cost an extra penny. I don't care. I just want out.

Another Tory F@@@ up. Give your hand away and piss off your negotiation partner. Might as well said we give up negotiation now.

Didn't I hear this morning that the government is just tying up loose ends?

I thought that said lying obtuse bellends.

(Sorry, had to).

But I can't see how this helps anything really. What childish games are going to fix things with the EU? Can't see it...

The negotiations appeared to have gotten bogged down in squabbles about the size of a bag of fish and chips and whether or not they can be wrapped in copies of the Guardian. As such I imagine that Boris realises that it is pretty minor stuff and is pushing for a no deal exit.

For myself...
It provides a level playing field.

A well understood and internationally recognised baseline from which we can operate and negotiate.
It also ends the risk of getting sucked into another bad EU deal completely.

Give them an inch and they will take a mile, if you see what I mean.

Other than the £8billion profit some hedge funds are going to make out of a no deal Brexit, there is no benefit.

Just coming to terms with how long it takes anyone to get a deal with the EU, is proving hard to accept. The easiest deal ever is what sticks in the throat.
