Right rule of six, Jacob Rees Mogg has six children, so that is 8 people in the house, (assuming he has no servants,) who is he going to kick out?
Same problem for Snow White  :)

Welcome back, you've been missed. :)

I%u2019m suggesting sneaking up behind someone with a box of eggs is cowardly and should man up if physical confrontation is what is wanted.

Egging someone is more humane than punching them.

What I suggested was inside a boxing ring. Egging is cowardly.

Only if you make the egg into custard, then it's cowardy custard !!  And what if one went right up to someone, stood face to face and then calmly broke the egg over their head?

Think you'd find out if some one was a good boxer. 😝
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.

The 'rule of six' is sensible in itself, and is partly a response to large numbers of people disobeying the previous rules. That's probably why the UK and many other countries are now experiencing a second wave of covid-19.

So I support the rule in principle but it's thrown up a lot of inconsistencies. I saw on the local news that 1000 people are going to be allowed into a football stadium (legally) to watch a match. Only groups of up to 6 are going to be allowed to book to visit tourist attractions, but when they get there they'll be free to mingle with other random groups of 6.

As I said, I support the restrictions but the way people's private social lives has overtones of 'punishment' for the idiots who flouted the old rules and went to crowded beaches, held illegal raves or went on BLM or anti-mask demonstrations. It's also confusing and ridiculous that the same rules aren't applied throughout the whole of our country. Any variations that are made should be as a result of local covid-19 restrictions and not by arbitrary borders of defunct historic nations.

This government have tried to convince us that all their actions are "based on the science", and scientific advice.

However, the logic of this rule of 6 completely falls down on science if people are meeting outside.
It's baloney

It doesn't include people in the same family or household - but why anyone would want to meet Jacob Rees-Mogg at any time is totally beyond me!
I would like to meet Rees-Mogg in some back alley, armed with a crate of rotten eggs.

I'd like you to meet him in a boxing ring, instead of the cowardly act you suggest.

Are you suggesting Rees Mogg is a boxing champion? 🙈😆

Well I guess he might get nanny to go and learn from Don King and box srb light's out.

Hardly hustings or even relevant, though, is it...?

I chose not to advocate physical violence because - foolishly it appears - I assumed the mods would object. Hence limiting my actions to the throwing of a few rotten eggs. Nothing particularly cowardly about that. I might make him angry, lol

Do you deem the throwing of eggs to be non-physical? The act of picking up an egg and throwing it at another person isn't physical? Really? And not violent? OK.
Not quite in the same league as punching someone, which appears to have been your preference.
