Suspect arrested after knife attack outside Charlie Hebdo's former office in Paris

French prosecutors have opened a terrorism investigation after at least two people were wounded in a knife attack in Paris on Friday near the former offices of the satirical newspaper Charlie Hebdo. A suspect has been arrested.


Two victims were in a critical condition, the Paris police department said.

Police said one suspect had been detained after the attack, which occurred as the trial was underway for the alleged accomplices of the 2015 Charlie Hebdo attack.

Speculation that it's connected to the trial of a previous attack on Charlie hebdo and them re publishing the cartoons.

Religious freedom is important the right to oppose religion or point out its inconsistencies is too,if a religion or its followers cannot grasp that but wish to take advantages of a free western society when it suits should be removed back to the dark age place whence they came.

Home grown examples need monitoring and perhaps educating.
