Papasmurf supports Andy Burnham against a Tory... Who'd have thunk it.

I never stated any such thing.

I am frankly fed up with childish idiots keeping on repeating the lie I am a Labour supporter.
I don't and never have supported ANY political party. It is just the Tories are by a long way more useless than the others.

What you worried about pappy?

I thought you had me on ignore anyway for telling the truth about you time and again?

The sooner the country takes the WHO advice of not using lockdowns, the better.
Boris says there may never be a vaccine. The experts say even if a safe vaccine is found it may only be 50% effective. Herd immunity always was the way for theis virus to go down to a low background level.
Maybe the government should stop pretending that the virus is the only illness in town, when 97% of people are dying from other things.

Papasmurf supports Andy Burnham against a Tory... Who'd have thunk it.

And your post is relative to my comment because?
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.

I was impressed with Burnhan, and cringed at Bojo-The-Clown's "performance."

Ah well leaving aside whether you go for lock down or open the country up I stand by what I posted, were  Boris advocating opening up he'd try to cash in political capital by advocating lockdown.

this is of course EXACTLY what our prize first tosseroo has done west of offa's dyke, and now it cometh back to bite him mightily on the arse.

Drakeford has been forced to admit that despite his stricter lockdowns that drove us to deeper depression and bankruptcy we are no further advanced than we were in March, and all he can promise is more of the same, no half term, no halloween, no bonfire night, no christmas and no new year.

There is a damn good reason why homo sapiens chooses to have a lot of alcohol fuelled merriment at this time of year, and this T@@@'s decision to ban it, combined with his imposition of vastly higher alcohol prices for certain products is going to get him set alight as a wicker man tribute act. He should bear in mind the party that prop him up are not without reason scorned as cottage burners

<t>In matters of taxation, Lord Clyde\'s summing up in the 1929 case Inland Revenue v Ayrshire Pullman Services is worth a glance.</t>

Burnham is a weasel and being a Bolton lad I don't like snivelling wretches like him. He is playing political games, maybe with #10 in mind but deffo playing games.

I think it's time to get back to normality, open up the country and if you want to hide from the 😷 then do so. Poverty, mental health and cancelled procedures are killing more that the 🦠 ever did.

Manchester born and bred and erstwhile labour voter,Burnham is a 24 carat tosser whose theatrics don't impress,he has only one imperative and that's Andy Burnham....he has an eye on Starmers job and won't give Mancs a second thought if he gets it.

I thought I was alone in noticing he was trying to ape  Boris's route from MP, to mayor, back to MP and then on to leader — though in the PM's case he superficially models himself on Churchill.
The only socialist likeness Burnham appeared to follow this afternoon at his public oration, was Scargill...
On climate change — we're talking, we're beginning to act, but we're still not doing enough...
