The problem:

Across Europe, including in the UK, we see the following:
1. Daily "cases" sky-rocketed in Europe as Autumn arrived.
2. Daily deaths labelled as "COVID deaths" rose in line with "cases" – to levels apparently
higher than at the Spring peak.
3. BUT: Total all-cause mortality does not reflect the above.
What is behind this conundrum?

Read it.

Boris Johnson's 'fury' at dodgy Covid dossier: Cabinet ally says the PM feels he was bounced into second lockdown by fake data, as daily infections drop

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-8927413/Boris-Johnson-feels-bounced-second-coronavirus-lockdown-says-Cabinet-ally.html

And that really is the problem. The data. we all know the original figures were faked as they included anyone who died of anything within 60 days of testing positive including being run over by a bus and NOBODY in a suit has actually stood up and apologised for that bullshit. where is the penitent scientist draped in sackcloth and ashes admitting they fucked this up and now going on to explain how they have changed their mind and done things differently ? One would expect that if they wanted to be taken seriously, they would do this but they have not.

I made several attempts to try and understand what trhe figures mean, i have not been able to obtain a clear statement. The notes and explanations seem deliberately obtuse. Now maybe, just maybe, i find them obtuse, or obfuscating, because better scientists than i ever got to be trained me to analyse scientific reports to detect what was straightforward and what was not.

My attempts to get clarity have been ignored by those elected to represent me.

I must ask why, and i naturally assume that it is because they want me to believe bullshit.

It's in the prisons, PP, which is why the talks were held in secret.
Perhaps they think that is a reason to lock up all of Kent.

Swale (Sheppey, Sittingbourne and Faversham) had 631.7 cases per 100,000 people in the week up to November 18 — that is higher than Hull, which was the country's worst-affected place last week.

Could be that there are too many local cynics and Covid deniers ignoring the restrictions and recommendations. But there are some areas there classified as being of high deprivation, so I guess some residents feel driven to ignore restrictions...

Kent was in Tier 1 prior to lockdown 2.
We are reliably informed that after 4 weeks of lockdown, we will have gone up to Tier 3.
This could be an indication that lockdown does not work, or it could be an indication that a wide brush approach is being used unjustly.
Isle of Sheppey has a very high rate, apparently due to a large outbreak (Not breakout!) at one of HMPs establishments.

Cornwall will be in Tier 1, because *ancock reckons they have "behaved themselves". What utter rot.

Who or what is this "libertarian right"?
We know what socialism entails from where it's been imposed (across eastern Europe, into Asia and even to the Americas) but, for me, you need to be more precise with allegations and definitions...

I wish that would happen to the Cornish border.

Do we really need to worry about the old and infirm being killed off by this virus?
https://www.worldometers.info/world-population/
50 million dead so far the year. (Just over 1 million CV19)
About 120 million people born this year.
Surplus 70 million, more than the population of the UK.
That's why I can't subscribe to socialism. I don't see society as a machine made up of disposable and add on bits — I see it made up of individual people, who should all be treated with as much care and respect as we can give...
