Turns out the suspect who was initially arrested on suspicion of serious assaults was later rearrested under the Terrorism Act has now been detained under the Mental Health Act.

Well GMP is like many others understaffed,the knifeman was confronted by two pcso's who ran for their live,I have never understood why anyone thought them a good idea I'd sack the lot and use the money to employ real coppers.
Energy....secure and affordable,not that hard is it?

Poor Manchester! I can't imagine. I heard a woman say the police etc were there very quickly. She said that was some improvement since the bombing. With so many police being called to help in London forces must feel the pressure yet again.
