I don't tolerate nasty people like Wiggles.

Well, in reality he had just MONUMENTALLY f****d up an employment / self employment tax tribunal case and needed to get the hell out of practising law before it bankrupted him.

At the time he starred in this pantomime Michael Duffle coat Foot was in charge of the race to oblivion, and Foots manifesto promised an exit from the EEC....

Blair wrote to him saying how much he admired the writings of Marx.

Truly the shite bag is more than happy to take it anywhere in exchange for money and power.

And anything he put on that leaflet needs must be viewed in that light.

Yep, in my opinion the worst PM the country has ever had. Mass immigration, political correctness, the underclass, and crazy overspending. The man should be locked up

<t>In matters of taxation, Lord Clyde\'s summing up in the 1929 case Inland Revenue v Ayrshire Pullman Services is worth a glance.</t>

I didnt know that about blair till i saw this , but i do remember it being the labour policy in the eighties. I remember studying their manifesto in modern studies , and from memory it wasnt until 1989 labour became a pro european party.

And I give up smurfy, had you read my post correctly I was happy that you hadn't reacted to Borchesters post and where do you get the idea I think wiggy is funny? He's not and if you are pointing to the smiley that is a tongue pull out .....at Borchester.

At least I think Borchester gets it  :shrg:  and will probably laugh and now good for him.

Actually, when I saw his first, measured response I thought bugger, Pappy is on some new meds and he has become all calm and collected and broadminded and boring. Then I saw his next response and realised that the drugs had soon worn off  :D

So, to reiterate Wiggles point, you agree with government statistics when they support your point of view but not when they don't? Which means that you and Wiggles agree with each other and are now best buds.

An excellent start to the new year.

Data is data, that I trust especially as each appeal case that the Ministry of Justice carries has a detailed file to back it up.

On the other hand the assessment  used to determine eligibility for IB/ESA/PIP has been a sham with a default of "fit for work" from it first use until the present. The data for those assessments and the appeal success rate proves it is a sham and flawed.

Some background. (There is a lot more.)
