With the greatest of ease. If you can stand for two hours outside Primark in a queue half a mile long, you can stand in one at a polling station. Prickford Ap Cottageburner seems to be enacting the statute that was a step too far even for Blair, giving himself another six months on top of the two years they have already awarded themselves to deny the electorate their day.


If he won't go to the polls, maybe it's time to remove him by other means....
