However whatever the facts the attitude of Scott and people like him is reprehensible complaining about their own personal freedoms and rights and laughing and dismissing others because they don't like theirs.

I didn't dismiss anyone's rights.  Making an appointment that you don't intend to keep does not take away someone's right to get vaccinated.  This is a problem with extreme left-wing ideology (surprisingly from you), which Jordan Petersen has talked about.  A right is a freedom from being abused on the basis of any protected characteristic (equality laws), or generally being abused.  Demands are not rights.  Rights cannot and should not compel someone to vaccinate them, or compel someone else not to make a fake appointment.  It's the same with compelled speech.  You have the right to call yourself a she/her or whatever, but you cannot compel someone else to.
