So a tad of just over 80% of the population vaccinated and they say the vaccinated more likely to catch it.....what a surprise.

You are confusing 'more people' with 'more likely'.  The news report did not say more vaccinated people are getting it than unvaccinated people.  They said it's more likely to infect vaccinated people, which would be referring to individual probability.

Just as I said a year ago, vaccines will make you more susceptible to new variants.  Any apologies yet, from the ignorant critics, shouting "conspiracy theory" and "anti-vax" and spewing their diarrhoea onto the forum?  The vaccine cultists shall reap what they sow.

Apologies,ermm no.

It's more likely isn't a cast iron certainty is it,does it say whether the vaccinated will be less affected?

Great news, Thomas. Javid should never have tried it in the first place. He's dealing with far greater medical minds than his.
Well done to those NHS staff for sticking up for their rights.
Each one was due to have a meeting with bosses/HR and each one was advised to take a union rep.

The government aka Maggie Throup are telling us we need to get boosted to protect against Omicron.
Meanwhile, in Israel, where they have had more jabs than us.

Well there you are. If the nurses go back to wearing black stockings then the NHS will soon be on the path to rude health.
They wear trousers usually these days.

Last March a specialist nurse instilled terror into me. "Volunteer" for a treatment or die. I "volunteered" and my condition has vastly improved.

These modern doctors mean well, but they have lost the ability to instill respectful terror into their patients
