See the Brussels broadcasting corp has been at it again

1 Anyone that has ever crossed international borders knows you shouldn't be taking food across with you . Dont really know how the ham sarnie became a story

2 Retailers being confused is not  a problem, they will either adapt or stop trading which normally means they will adapt

3 This could have been avoided Im sure had Ghana and the UK come to an agreement . The problem is that Ghana are in a trade bloc with other African countries so its not just a simple 'we have let a commonwealth country down ' as Gareth Thomas and the BBC would have us believe . He may have been surprised most of us were not .

4   Maybe if it wasnt such a last minute deal we could have sorted a deal with the dutch ,for the kids sake if nothing else .In the meantime its readily availible on the net ,next  day delivery .

5 The hold ups at the border were always going to be a problem with the added checks . Fresh produce is a particular problem but this isnt a surprising consequence of brexit its an unsurprising consequence of transport companies and ports not being ready with 4 and half years to get their act together .

So no surprises just happenings . Trade was never going to run smoothly , does it ever but it wasnt just about that , was it .

I reckon if the Blue Bird of Happiness flew through Pappy's door she would say, "Oops, sorry, wrong house." And pausing only to shit on his head, fly out again.

It must be exhausting to be as permanently glum as Pappy.  :)

:D

Do you think the grass melts under him when he walks in the garden borkie?

Cornwalls prince of darkness..... pappy smurf.

I can just imagine some auld guy walking about truro high street with boards strapped front and back saying the end of the world is nigh , and the locals hurrying quickly past thinking theres that feckin looney from out in the sticks.

Quick get past him before he trys to talk to you!

We all are going to pay, the 17.4 million were told and now they will have to face to consequences of Bojo-The-Clowns bad deal.

cromwell you are wasting valuable time talking to him as you know.

This is the guy who originally hated the lax eu regulations  , over things like freedom of movement for example , now moaning about regulations stopping the freedom of goods and movement to non eu countires like the uk applying at the uk borders.

:D

Tory bad. tory bad.

It isn't retaliate, the same regulations will apply to the EU crossing Britain's borders as Britain applies to any other foreign country.
The 17.4 million who voted out will have to suffer the consequences of their own actions. They were told.

My point was that this is being applied against us now, but not against them for several months. That is not acceptable.

Even less surprising is we are not going to do this to them until the summer. We should immediately retaliate.

Nothing surprising about any of that at all. (Is isn't just the Scottish fishing industry effected it is all of the British fishing industry.)

It is difficult for some people to understand Britain is now outside of the EU and regulation to non-Eu countries now apply to Britain at borders.
Project Fear always was project reality.
