The Gaurdian's problem is that Rafael Behr is right.

The EU does want to be friends, just like the UK wants to be best mates with the EU. And so far both sides have been. There have been a few hiccups but the Huns are still keen to sell beamers to our drug dealers and Johnny Foreigner still wants to hire our money. No one really wants a fuss.

Except for the Guardian which really needs to see the collapse of British society and the end of the empire so it can satisfy its ever declining readership and say yah boo, sucks, told you so to the rest of us.

Not a bad rag, but it should never have gotten rid of Posy Simmonds.

So says grauniad columnist Rupert Bear, and the eu is of course ready to be our cuddly reasonable friends.

The fact they've never accepted the result does say we will need to fight this at every GE,much to comment on not least his final words on leave voters victimhood......I expect DD given the grauniads stance on other issues might have something to say. :)
