Well the idiots wearing masks as chin straps are giving more than reasonable grounds. The fact that they are wearing one at all tends to suggest they are not exempt. The fact that they are not wearing them properly is is observably illegal. Grounds for arrest and fines right there.

And anyone with a genuine medical exemption is supplied with a lanyard that signposts that fact. Not wearing such a lanyard whilst maskless is reasonable grounds for suspicion.
I have to agree on your first point.  But it isn't usually those people claiming exemption.

Not wearing a lanyard is certainly not reasonable grounds.  Lanyards are neither required, meaningful, nor acceptable.  A lanyard denotes a medical exemption, so it would be like advertising that you have a medical condition, which is private.

Police require reasonable grounds to believe an 'exempt' person is not exempt.  They have no legal right to interrogate, detain or arrest anyone, without reasonable grounds.

The police of course won't bother anymore than they will with parking offences. Which is why in the latter case we employ traffic wardens to enforce these rules. Perhaps we need mask wardens patroling in our shopping centres issueing on the spot fines? I should imagine there will be a major ruckus here about such a suggestion, but why should it bother you if you are not breaking the law? In choosing not to wear a mask properly or at all you are endangering others. You deserve to be fined

So to claim exemption could be a bit dubious.

Lidl, which had become about 50/50 now back up to 95% with face coverings of some sort.
Meanwhile, Police in Manchester arrest a guy ordering a Subway meal, even though he is exempt.
What proof of exemption is expected?

You need protecting from people like yourself by the sounds of it.

I would say leave the drink alone, if you think politicians removing the Nuremberg code is a good idea.

Well, here are the options:

1. Politicians know the virus is so dangerous and masks work, yet keep forgetting to wear masks at events like G20.
2. Politicians know the virus is NOT so dangerous and masks DON'T work, and don't care about masks at events like G20.

Hmmmm, I wonder which one makes more sense.

Like I have posted earlier somewhere it has become fanatical. We are where we are, do as you wish, I am not really interested anymore. It's a bit like Groundhog day.

It's called fear porn, and helps to convince you there is a dreaded lurgy, and to get vaxxed up.
