When you want to protect people from disease, adding another layer of administration will help.
That's what the establishment think, but logic says it doesn't protect anyone at all.

At the same time Boris has no confidence in the vaccine as he says people who have been fully vaccinated should not meet up with their families.

I cannot say who, but we were told he had placed people into the civil service to change things, while removing our choices to shake things up, since then things have taken a real turn for the worst, so I guess those choices weren't all he said they were and in fact have made it worse for most people.
