Probably, but that is show business. The Tories took Chesham and Amersham for granted while the Lib Dems worked the constituency.

It is a nice, affluent area, but the locals aren't going to vote tory to keep the Jacquerie under control. Their main concern is house prices and HS2 and mega council estates won't help that.

Bad news for Boris and Co but we might get some fun out of it. According to my spies, Gagan Mohindra, the Conservative MP, has been seen out in the streets of Berkhemsted (Tory, but remainer and neighbouring Sarah Green's new fiefdom) doing some serious brown (no pun intended) nosing.
