The Scone Wars are over. In honour of National Cream Tea Day, the Food Standards Agency have declared a right and wrong answer.


But is it a scone (sc-on) or a scone (sc-own). The battle continues...

When I can afford a cream tea, (locally the sharks are not all in the sea,) and the specialist nurse in charge of my course of medication says I can eat one. I put jam on one half of the "split," are they are know locally and cream on the other half and eat them separately.
