Mine does 19 if the wife is driving, 21 if I'm driving and 30 at a push on a motorway run.

Especially the tourist Chelsea Tractor pilots driving along single track roads with multiple blind corners at 60mph where anything more than 20mph is dangerous.
As for bring your own food, there are now shortages of food that are obvious. The is also a lack of staff in hospitality venues due to Brexit and the majority of housing being AirB&B, second homes or holiday lets.

It is probably safer to drive in Yemen, the accident rate locally here has been appalling over the last few weeks.
