What do you expect a Satellite filming you street real time 24/7

Not 24/7, but  a Russian satellite takes pictures on a regular basis, (The Russians charge £3000 each for them.)

(It is however how local cannabis growers have been caught over the years, and the council have found structures built without panning permission.)

What do you expect a Satellite filming you street real time 24/7 I have just looked at my house and that was taken less than a year ago when I changed the front garden layout and my neighbour new car he bought last year.

If you want real time with Google Maps you can if you have an account with them

Streetview is the best way to inspect the state of the country.

Really? It still shows a caravan parked alongside my home which has not been there for at least five years.

Fancy a night out on the town?

This link should land you at the entrance of Bristol's premier nightclub. Well that's what Time Out say it is.

I don't know if you have ever watched the film Bladerunner, but the concept of its setting exactly illustrates what I'm trying to convey about our country. It was set in a futuristic time where New York was much as it was 100 years ago. Nothing new had really been built except from the giant Tyrell Corporation. People lived in absolute squalor and the streets were like third world markets very similar to the old China. Then right at the end in one of the cuts, the main character escapes out of the city into the country, and the country is beautiful and entirely untouched and natural, as per a stark contrast to the decaying suburbia.

The film was set in the future, but it was made in the past. If you take a look around Bristol you will see just that. The buildings are dilapidated. Look at the shops and businesses and it's almost a joke. There's one scene where the place looks like it is due for demolition, it is so dilapidated, and there is this business sign on the wall claiming they offer "Expert Advice". This is just next to this huge 19th century railway warehouse, which is apparently Bristol's biggest and most spectacular nightclub. Well it's big alright, but something tells me the cattle get a more hospitable cow shed then these unlucky youths. It's never cheap on the door though.

So here is me thinking, all of this is all so familiar. Plonk a pin on a map, zoom in and see what you get. The houses people live in as well look so bleak. Also, to mention about the new, which one might expect to be an improvement on the old. Well in Bristol at least it is ghastly. A case in point is a large multi-story car park. Clearly it would have cost a fair bit to construct but the architect must have had the imagination of a 2-year-old and his set of play bricks.

It's all clear signs that we are being seriously fooled. I don't care what the numbers say. This is the current state of our country. It is in a state of virtual ruin, and no more so when one looks at business. If a business has loads of money it buys itself  nice new purpose-build premises where the staff feel comfortable working from, not a relic from two centuries ago.
