What are you on about,the Isle of Man isn't a foreign country its part of the British Isles,she's more British than most of bloody London.

Yes it is ,a foreign country that is , part of the British Isle but not part of the UK and has a reciprocal arrangement with the UK as do many countries . 
Some have  a better deal than others the IOM has an emergency treatment only not ongoing healthcare and would repeat she was daft not to have medical insurance when traveling outside her Island .
She pays no taxes into the pot which funds the NHS  unlike the Londoners you mention who although maybe not British are resident and paying in .

For sure there is something wrong Cromwell which was identified by UKIP (remember them) back at the turn of the century . They argued that anyone entering the UK ,from wherever , should have adequate medical insurance .

Its a policy the Tories should have took up and one Ms Morrison should have given serious thought to .  I really have no sympathy for the woman , to travel to another country without medical cover is as mad as us letting her in .
