It was only the other week he was banned for blatantly lying about something he had written in black and white 24 hours earlier , and then when the evidence was produced that proved he was telling lies , ran off screaming

As for availability of Pomegranate Seeds in your area

Well I cannot speak for West Cornwall but in the Tesco store I work in in East Cornwall, and the one I shop in when off duty in Plymouth, I have seen no shortage of pomegranate seeds. I like eating them myself and buy them quite often.

My wife gets violent when called a liar. You can post up all the web links you like. You are very obviously ignorant of EPOS stock control systems which supermarkets use.
Transactions for each product sold is recorded at the tills, stored at branch then once a day sent to the company mainframe.
That check the stock of each product that particular store sells. What is stocked at each store varies due to sales data over time at each store. Some items are not available some stores due to no demand in those stores customer base.
Speciality products, (such as jars of Pomegranate seed,) are not stocked in large amounts, so it only takes a few customers to buy on the same day and there will be none at the store.
There also may be few in stock at the main warehouse or the supplier, (Suppliers stock computers are connected to the EPOS system.)

EPOS works well, but unless supermarkets are forewarned of specialist items that a TV chef is going to use before the program is aired shortages occur.

Saint Delia could empty supermarkets shelves of some items until a forewarning agreement was made.
