If I had used CTRL P I wouldn't be. The documents are all downloadable in PDF or Doc format.

Which totally contradicts what you said before.

Quote from: papasmurf on October 16, 2021, 10:05:30 AMIt has to be paperwork, not just digital.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.

Nick I would love to see you escorted out of the ferry terminal because you did not have the required paperwork.
I have been told in depth and detail by email from the ferry company what information and paperwork I need to show before being allowed on board plus  what is needed to be let out of the Roscoff ferry terminal when I arrive.
It is a A4 folder full of paperwork and permits each for myself and my wife.
Some of it is caused by the pandemic and some is caused by Brexit. (The latter being a real pain, as we are "property owners" in Brittany.)
It is best not to do anything that attracts the attention of the "authorities" in France. My wife and I in our  car surrounded by Gendarmes, army and Douaniers all tooled up with full automatic weapons plus attack dogs is a "character building" experience I don't want to happen again.
You should stop complaining. You are in favour of all these restrictions.
I'm a liberal and pragmatist and think there should be no restrictions whatsoever.
You want the restrictions, suck it up.

I came very close to it, getting all the required paperwork has been a nightmare. (It has to be paperwork, not just digital.)

No, it's called a booking reference and WAS needed when returning to the U.K.  It took 10 minutes to book and didn't need to be done until you're on your way back, not miles in advance like you said. Also the lead time on the 2 kits arriving has nothing to do with the booking reference but you'd not know all this, having not gone anywhere. If people researched they'd know this and not have wasted money on tests in advance that they didn't need to.

You've just read 2 separate articles and put 2 and 2 together and got 5.

Well, I've given up trying to get of the country because TwatHead Drakeford deliberately and personally decided no one living in his Fiefdom should be allowed to.

The rules for Wales are still different and you cannot get electronic documentation and you still need to book tests through his state controlled interface at twice the cost of any offered to the English

Be fucking grateful you have Boris running your system. You might have a Corbyn Arse Kisser running it like we have antmd then you'd be republically fucked

I am travelling before the 24th of October so I still need the references related to the PCR tests before I can board the ferry.
It is not an arguable point it is current regulations I have to comply with.

It isn't the 24th so I still need the numbers from ordering the PCR tests.
Did you read the essential travel information at that link?

Can I enter France?

If you are vaccinated

If you are vaccinated, you can travel to France with no restrictions linked to health conditions.

You previously needed the reference number to put on your passenger locator form on the way back, now you don't as of the 24th.

Quote from: papasmurf on October 15, 2021, 06:20:48 PMYou can keep waffling on as much as you like I am following the boarding instructions to the letter.

There's only one person waffling here and it ain't me.

The bit I like best is this: As a French flag company, we operate under French law. What the hell Grant Chapps has to do with that I really don't know.
