The Haka (as per the NZ/UK trade agreement)
Braid your hair
Wear Native American Head-dresses
Wear Arab gear to a football match
Tan your skin
Black up for theatre parts or change your eyes for an oriental role

What have I  missed?

There are probably others where it is considered Cultural Appropriation for anyone not of that culture to adopt any other style or manner. So how does that fit with some lightening their skin and dying their hair blonde? With so much interracial marriage etc who is to tell what 'blood' we all have. I am Viking, Spanish, Welsh, French and English and goodness knows what else. Who is to to tell what I can and can't adopt as my 'look'?

At an American University a couple of white American students were recently cast out of a cultural centre for study because 'Whites don't have a culture'! Goodness me!
