He can call it a holocaust if he likes . The word is not exclusively used to describe  the Nazi atrocities .

It's inappropriate and shows him up to be someone who is careless with words. Does he need to resign, no.

It doesn't count. Football managers are always nob ends. It is part of the job description. And if Fabian Breckels had married a doctor like her mum wanted, rather than get involved in politics, she might have also have remembered the words of my old mate Tony Goldstein (God rest his good soul).
