Boris caves in to the EU - is Carrie behind this?

It seems Boris Johnson is not taking the hardline approach to the EU that we were all hoping for. While many of us are shaking our fists towards Europe, Boris has once more caved in to EU demands. 
As many close to Boris Johnson have speculated, it is Carrie Symonds who is really running the show behind the scenes. If any of these rumours turn out to be true, I'm hoping for Boris to be replaced (Bill Cash/John Redwood might be suitable alternatives).

What we need now is a clean break with Europe.
