As far as I can see it means increasing the price of everything. Under Boris Mark 1 that would have meant the blond moppet saying, tum caespes ludo militum  and telling COP26 to go fly a kite. But these days Bojo seems completely pussy whipped and will do all he can to appease the tree buggers and lose the next election.

A friend of mine was as bright as a button and could follow you into a revolving door and come out in front. Then one day he went off his rocker and decided to cut his leg off. He didn't quite make it but no one really had a lot of use for him after that.
