Exactly. This was never about not being to have their cake and eat it, there are any number of places they could have gone, this was all about buggering someone's business because they didn't like their religion. In a sane world it would be the plaintiffs on a charge of a hate crime for religious persecution.

The EU courts chucked the case out on the grounds the jerk who brought it should have raised the issue of taking the case to the EU inside a UK court before he went ranting to them.
