There's the old phrase 'mad, bad and dangerous'.  That is still very applicable today.

Well, his mental health seemed to have been radicalised over 20 years ago.
Those crazy lunatic asylum Yanks have seen to it he won't be any further threat.

Well in fairness his brother has apologised for his actions and questions why he was allowed in or travel to the US because he had a criminal record.

Malik Faisal Akram was killed at a siege at a Synagogue in Texas. He travelled to the USA on 2nd January this year. It seems his mental health was in question.
Apparently this mental health problem is catching, as Manchester police have arrested 2 more people.

He wanted an AQ female operative Aafia Siddiqui released from her 86 years prison sentence. She is probably another victim of poor mental health. They do all seem to have something in common.
Dunno if you ask me, they all need a check-up from the neck up, they have just knighted the biggest instigator of terrorism alive.
Just because I don't say anything, it doesn't mean I haven't noticed!
