I am still waiting for the £350mn for the NHS Thomas. I see no reason to increase the NI when we are sitting on such a bonanza.

Citizen Smith was a TV program Thomas. I would rather read Marx.

As for Cromwell, I can see he is a good lad. Do I think he fell for disinformation? Well, yeah I do. I would like to hope I can make him see the merits of rejoining but we will see. And if he listens to me he will learn a thing or two. And if not, I hope we can have civil conversation in our disagreement and I will always put up a good fight for the EU.
The £350 million for the NHS was passed a long time ago.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you.

The EU won't last that long, it is already on the down slope,
You think? More like wishful thinking I would say.

Momentum Sheepy. I am not expecting the UK to rejoin next week.

The EU won't last that long, it is already on the down slope, I guess people all over Europe don't have a clue they are being railroaded into fascism then. Or they would be protesting, oh but wait.
Just because I don't say anything, it doesn't mean I haven't noticed!

Boycey would have probably surrendered to Germany instantly when we stood tall in WW2.

It's sad to see that so few of us still have our stiff British upper lip. For those of us who believe in Brexit and the Daily Mail, it is the biggest success story since 66 years.
Rule Britannia, Britannia rule the waves!

We have Brexit, the deal is signed, you tell me if it's a success or not. But in any case if the UK rejoins it would require a concensus and at the moment there is only a small majority for that. But I do wonder if that stiff upper lip matters much in a world of emerging superpowers.

Boycey sounds like MI5 doesn't believe in democracy, has communist undertones and tries to spread as much confusion as possible and cannot answer a question without lying. With only one belief rejoin the EU.

You think I care about state checks? LoL. As I said Barry, when I moved it wasn't really practical. Now the only purpose would be to vote. But until FPTP is replaced voting has to be worth it to register. Or to go out my way and register I should say.
It takes less than 5 minutes online. It's not like you don't spend most of your day facing a screen, is it?

Are these are the actions of someone living under the radar?
Being on the voters register is necessary for so many state checks and being on the register is an advantage. Being on the register does not, of course, mean that you have to vote.
Very odd behaviour. I'm hoping to move house before long and the first thing I will do is register at the new address.

I see no reason to register given where I live my vote doesn't count. And I am not going to register over independence because it simply isn't a priority for me. But even so, it was circumstances that prevented me from registering when I could and now that it is more of a chore than a necessity I will only register if there is something to vote for. Don't assume anything. I have told you I am more than happy to wait. Like most things, people need to see what Brexit is before you can sell them something else. But yhe tide is already turning. If we had another referendum tomorrow remain would win.

Again @Thomas, I will repeat what I have already said. I will register to vote when there is something to vote for. SNP is a strong majority here, the Tories are a distance second. Not that I am a huge Starmer fan in any case. At this moment in time I just want Johnson out and that is down to Tory MPs, not me voting.

Everyone all over the uk says this. If you dont try , you dont get! Doesnt matter , the point is one minute you are tub thumping about getting your eu passport back and shwoing us your determined conviction to do so , then the next , can't even be arsed to vote and register. As i said boycey , just about sums you up and your empty rhetoric .

QuoteAnd I am not going to register over independence because it simply isn't a priority for me.
No one is asking you to. We are currently talking about registering to vote and using your vote to further your politics , which you wont do , and i simply asked further down the line if there is ( there wont be under sturgeon ) another vote on indy , if brexit hasnt been reversed would you vote for indy as a way to get your eu passport back ?

...and you bottled it. Like i say boycey , you are a funny wee guy.

:D

Surely voting in your beloved labour to overturn brexit and keep the yookay together is something worth voting??

you do make me laugh boycey.

You sit on here mocking brexiters for "living by old glories" .

Brexiters at least go out en masse and vote at election for what they want.

You tell us with great conviction how one way or the other you will get your european passport back , and the next  , can't tell us how you will do it  , or who you will vote for to do it , and then reveal you arent even registered to vote.

:D

I always say mate thats the difference between idealistic left wing fantasists like yourself and those on the right. Lefties talk a good game down the pub , tub thumping about the poor  , evil tories and revolutions over their shandy , while the right are down the polling booths voting brexit.

Member mate idealistic fantasy versus reality?

here mate , takes 5 minutes. Im sure  sir keir will be glad of your vote , and his branch manager anas the millionaire  champagne socialist sarwar.
