You think? I  think it takes one to know one.
JRM is no gentleman, if you had listened to him in the House of Commons over the years you would realise what a really nasty person he is.

A gentleman you really are easily fooled. The ability to speak bullshine in received pronunciation does not make him a gentleman.

Well you can comfort yourself in knowing that he is too much of a gentleman to insult you in a similar way.

You must be joking JRM would not give his urine to a thirsty dog. The Tories have spent the last 12 years making life worse for disabled people not better.

Do you know him?
I have watched him taking part in debates in the House of Commons on BBC Parliament. He is even more out of touch that most Tory MPs.  If his constituents bothered to watch, he would not be elected again, the man is useless.

Do you know him? Do you mix in his type of circle or do you simply sit as a keyboard warrior with little time for anyone more successful or better than you? Is no-one allowed to have money that isn't provided by the State? Is no-one allowed to use their proven talents in this country? Just who is going to provide for the miserable/disabled if it isn't those who can make money. Most of those who do, recognise the duty they have to those they employ and to those less able. It is beneath contempt to denigrate someone's character and totally unworthy to repeat others' warped views.
I donlt know him, I used to miox in his type of circle, iusually when it was necessary to do battle.

I suspect he wil do very well for himself. I donlt know what he will do for me.

It is worth pointing out that thanks to tory indifference, I managed to run a company and amass a reasonable amountof dosh.

Thanks to New Labour dogma, tony Blair took al the dosh and we all went benkrupt.

If we're goingot have political ciorruption, I'll have right wing corruption every time.

I would prefer someone who is not going to make a shed load of money out of the Brexit disaster, he should declare a financial interest and excuse himself from the job.
As for JRM being a decent man. You must be joking.

Jacob Rees-Mogg's new job as minister for 'Brexit opportunities' could make him substantially richer through his shares in an $8bn investment fund, experts have warned.

Rees-Mogg is a major shareholder in Somerset Capital, which he founded, and stands to gain if its funds benefit from Brexit trade deals. The firm specialises in investment across 'emerging markets' and major economies, such as China.

Great news then . If he benefits by doing a good job for the country he will make sure he keeps the ball up wont he . Sort of people we need in government instead of career politicians taking backhanders .

I dont think he will be getting a lot of change out of China though

So you would prefer someone with minimal education and business experience helping to run the country? Jacob is a decent man who made his way in the world before becoming an MP with a wish to give something back. It is the easiest thing in the world to criticise others and most of it is sheer unadulterated jealousy.

We're the ones that have lost free movement. A lot of EU workers have left even though many of them would have been allowed to stay on. They no longer felt welcome and decided to find work elsewhere. Now there are labour shortages in jobs that UK citizens weren't interested (and still aren't).
As I have said since we left . What free movement have you lost ?

The pandemic saw a lot of EU workers return to their home countries ,it had nothing to do them feeling welcome . Even the most ardent of leavers would accept whats done is done and those that were here were welcome to take up UK citizenship .

Not such a bad thing though across many low paid jobs where wages that had stagnated due to over supply of labour have recovered a little if not exactly caught up to where they should be .

The problem is the government is not fixing it and showing no signs of even trying to do so.

Democracy means you are allowed to make your own mistakes .  And gives you the ability to fix it .  So whatever it is that makes you think its a disaster  dont worry about a thing , every little thing is gonna be alright .
It's not my mistake that we left the EU, it's not my mistake that we have an untrustworthy boolsheeter as prime minister.
