The  kids a great time at them when they were younger  which is I guess where the families having a hard time will be going .  Its not somewhere use old farts would put our names down for now but then again if your not going Papa ................

I would also point out it would take years for any meaningful supply of fracked gas would be available.

Yes but if they know cheaper gas is coming down the pipe they can subsidise the dearer stuff that's coming out today .

As for the free holidays they are for the most needy , those who could not afford or have the opportunity of  a holiday in a million years  not those on the dole who just fancy a week in Butlins
