Same EU law that says the village of Stilton in Cambridgeshire cannot make Stilton.

Stilton never was made in Stilton. However you are still wrong:-

Same EU law that says the village of Stilton in Cambridgeshire cannot make Stilton.

Another law said water bottle manufacturers could not put "prevents dehydration" on them.

Happy Brexit day everyone. This thread will soon have served it's purpose. 9 hours and 17 minutes to fireworks.  :Patriot:

It's certainly been long running, and entertaining.  :hattip

That isn't Champagne, it can't be called Champagne by law.

Well the 13,000 the flu killed in the UK last year won't be back to vote.
Just because I don't say anything, it doesn't mean I haven't noticed!

One thing that hard-line Brexiters and remainers will probably agree on is that we're not really leaving the EU tonight.  We're just relinquishing our right to any part in the EU's decision making process, that's all.  There still another 11 months to go before, well, who knows what?

Is that EU law?  :D It might not be relevant anymore. Would they have to Trademark it under UK law?

EU law which will apply for the next year at least. (There are a number of UK products that have protected area status, and that will be fought for by the producers of them.)

So a big celebration, (by some,) at leaving the EU by drinking a French product.

Actually Ive got a bottle of  the stuff made in the surrey hills. Has won loads of awards and voted better than the French stuff . Much too good to waste though so will use  a bottle of Cava to soak the patrons down the club .

Looking forward to the festivities

I don't touch alcohol at all so for me it will be something fizzy. Why wouldn't we use French goods just because we don't want the political alliance? That's not logical. We are very happy to be friends with benefits!  :hattip

Today is the day. I don't care what anyone says about this day not being anything to shout about.

If we can all just stop the blame games and fear mongering so that we can all make it positive the UK would be a much better place.

I am happy.  :Patriot:  :dncg:  :Patriot:  :dncg:  :Patriot:
