That is believable, repairing the massive damage to the road bridge is not.

The white is purely down to the scan rate of the camera and it just happened to be half way down when the explosion happened, I believe.

I did wonder. I know that from my younger days sound recording on magnetic tape, that an imprint of a sound could be transmitted through the roll of the tape creating a ghostly pre-echo.

You would have thought that if it was the truck they would be driving as close to the central reservation as possible to impact the opposite carriage.

So where is the shock wave?
The blast is clearly centered in the area where we last see the truck, but the band of light at the bottom of the frame before the full white out is puzzling
It makes no sense

It looks to me as though the video has been doctored to hide the actual moment of detonation - whatever it may have been.
Whether that's done for propaganda purposes or legitimate security redaction, I will keep an open mind..

Actually, I found something that I can't explain on the frame of the version I have been watching
I will post three pics - the precise frame before, the full white flash and afterwards.

Pic one shows that the white flash has started but the truck is still intact??
