Locals being African migrants coming to a town near you as soon as they can get the money together for the raft . Bag snatching is one way as was the reported mugging of Liverpool fans . The fact that Paris is a cesspit of Europes open borders making is not in question .Nor really is that French police are that used to crowd problems that they have learnt to quash any problems before they lose control .
